Who We Are
The Seminary is a faith-based educational institution offering courses, workshops, and programs. These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and all participants in our programs.
Our Programs and Content
We offer educational courses and programs, along with related materials, delivered online and in person. We may add, change, or discontinue programs, and we may update the content of our website and materials, at our discretion.
Enrollment and Payment
When you enroll in a paid course, the fee is stated at the time of enrollment. Payment is processed through our course platform and payment processor. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.
Refunds
If you wish to withdraw from a course, you may request a full refund up to seven (7) days before the course start date. We are unable to offer refunds once a course has begun. In cases of documented emergency or exceptional circumstance, refund requests will be considered at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us at contact@siratca.org.
Certificates
Some programs offer a certificate of completion recognizing participation and completed work. These certificates acknowledge engagement with the material. They are not academic degrees, professional licenses, or credentials, and they do not certify professional qualification.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our website, courses, and materials, including text, images, curriculum, and the Seminary’s names and marks, is owned by the Seminary or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use course materials for your own learning. You may not copy, distribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and programs lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to disrupt the site or its security, misuse others’ information, or use our programs or materials in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates these Terms.
Educational Purpose; Not Professional Advice
Our programs and materials are offered for educational and spiritual formation purposes. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, mental health, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our spiritual care and counseling education prepares participants to serve alongside, not in place of, licensed professionals, and nothing we offer should be relied upon as licensed clinical care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Disclaimers
Our website and programs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
